Purpose: To design, prototype, and test a Transition Management System to help students navigate all levels of the transition into an Open Enrollment Institution.

Amount: $200,000

Summary: Planning for a Transition Management System product that will be customizable for open enrollment institutions will be undertaken using human-centered design principles. This involves investigating; 1.) desirability of the solution through student engagement in the design process; 2.) viability of the solution in the existing marketplace through scans and 3.) feasibility of building by compiling technical specifications. EPIC will partner with a local open enrollment institution to pilot the system, refine its features and chart outcomes/effects on the pilot cohort.
