Purpose: To support state-level K-12 and postsecondary collaboration and alignment on the design and implementation of the Common Core State Standards and assessments.

Amount: $1,560,000

Summary: Drive collaboration and alignment between K-12 sector and postsecondary education around the implementation of the Common Core State Standards (CCSS) and aligned assessments including the use of postsecondary institutions of the assessments as one element in the determination of a student’s readiness for placement into credit-bearing courses.
