Purpose: To provide all San Francisco public high school students with online access to an interactive college and career platform.

Amount: $150,900

Summary: San Francisco Education Plan’s “Collective Impact Project” which is part of a broader Postsecondary Success Project (PSP), seeks to integrate information from San Francisco’s public schools and community based organizations (CBOs) in one interactive college-going platform that will chart student progress, flag for interventions and track outcomes. The focus will be on figuring out how CBOs’ programs and outcomes can be included and how student information can be shared across private and public actors in the PSP collaboration.
