Lumina Foundation is seeking policy papers in response to a "Call for Solutions" that accompanied "Collision Course," the Foundation's most recent policy brief.

A single mother in Iowa faces the prospect of heavy debt to ensure her daughter's college education. Cristie Hansen works two jobs to support herself and her daughter, but that income isn't nearly enough to pay for a college education.
