States and districts across the country are using a number of promising practices to implement the Common Core, but more work remains to ensure a smooth transition to the new standards, says this report from the Center for American Progress. The report provides recommendations to help states and districts focus their efforts on the steps needed to effectively translate standards into high-quality instruction.
