Christine Pambianchi

Christine Pambianchi is a human resource executive with over 30 years of experience across four leading Fortune 500 organizations, specializing in employee hiring and skilling/reskilling, workforce pipeline development, leadership and technical talent development and organization culture.

Since 2021, she has served as the executive vice president and chief people officer for Intel Corp. In this role she has been engaged in the revitalization of the semiconductor industry and the education system needed to support it.

Prior to Intel, she was executive vice president and chief human resources officer for Verizon. She led the company’s COVID-19 response and helped change Verizon’s talent strategy to enable deployment of 5G network technology.

Before Verizon, Pambianchi worked for nearly 20 years at Corning Inc., serving in a number of roles in human resources, including 12 years as the chief human resources officer. In her last year she was Corning’s executive vice president and chief people and digital officer.

Before joining Corning, she worked 10 years at PepsiCo, starting as an employee relations representative and leaving the firm as director of human resources for the information technology division.

Pambianchi serves on the board of Mobileye, a start-up company working on advanced technologies for autonomous driving and driver-assisted systems. She is also a board member of the National Academy of Human Resources Foundation, the Center for Advanced Human Resource Studies at Cornell University, the HR Policy Association, the Health Transformation Alliance, and the Center for Executive Succession at the University of South Carolina. In 2017, she was installed as a fellow to the National Academy of Human Resources.

She holds a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
