A new report from the Center for the Study of HBCUs at Virginia Union University analyzes the administration’s proposed education policies, specifically those that affect historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs). The policies featured in the study focus on federal Pell Grant increases, enhanced research opportunities at HBCUs, student loan debt, and student success.
