A new report from Excelencia in Education provides state-by-state data on Latino college completion rates. Among the report’s findings: California, which has the largest Latino population in the U.S., has a lower-than-average proportion of Hispanics with college or university educations and no institution among the top five for awarding Hispanics degrees. The report also includes examples for each state of institutions with success in enrolling, retaining, and graduating Latino students.
