Full-Time Positions
The strategy director for federal policy works to develop and implement Lumina’s strategy, approach, and portfolio of federal policy grants and contracts designed to increase postsecondary credential attainment and student preparedness for today’s global economy.

Convenings Manager
The Convenings Manager oversees the management, planning, and execution of all virtual, hybrid, and in-person convenings, advancing the foundation’s strategic initiatives. This work will include managing relationships with venues and vendors, creating accessible registration processes, collaborating with partners across the foundation on best practices to deliver the content and engage participants, and managing convenings logistics.

The CFO is responsible for the financial health and integrity of the foundation, oversees its investment assets and facilities, drives Lumina’s financial strategies, and ensures that internal fiscal processes and systems support informed decision making and increased operational effectiveness.

The candidate will report to the strategy director for state policy and work with the Public Policy and States team as well as other program staff to conduct work related to a variety of postsecondary policies. Application deadline: April 1, 2023.

The candidate will be required to provide support, coordination, and assistance on the delivery of specific projects across the Strategic Impact and Planning unit that help to advance racial equity through the attainment of quality credentials that lead to economic mobility. Innovation and Discovery Intern (May 2023 – August 2023)
The Innovation and Discovery intern will focus on enhancing the foundation’s understanding of wellbeing, including conducting a landscape analysis of current efforts and identifying specific connections to Lumina’s mission focused on attainment and racial equity.
