A new report by the National Student Clearinghouse Research Center shows that 13 percent of students who enroll at one four-year public institution complete their education at another. The study, which tracked 2.7 million students who first enrolled in college in the fall of 2008, provides state-by-state breakdowns of its findings for four-year public, two-year public, and four-year private non-profit institutions.
