Local community and technical colleges provide a vital on-ramp to postsecondary education in Washington State, says this report from the Community Center for Education Results. The study, which examines local high school graduates and their journey through seven local community and technical colleges, reveals low rates of credential completion for the region, especially among students of color. Recommendations to improve outcomes and better support local CTCs and students are included in the report.
