More postsecondary institutions are embracing dual enrollment—in which high school students earn some college credits for courses at their high schools—as a strategic enrollment initiative, states this report from AACRAO. According to the survey, 78 percent of institutions offered dual enrollment options during the 2015-2016 academic year, and 86 percent accepted dual enrollment credit for transfer.
