Does Virtual Advising Increase College Enrollment?

This study suggests that access to virtual advising services does not increase college enrollment and acceptance rates of socioeconomically disadvantaged high school students. Specifically, the report says that low-intensity programs may work for some students, but targeting can be difficult. In addition, many students likely need in-person and more intensive help to increase four-year enrollments.
