Kaye Vitug

Kaye Vitug is a healthcare and finance executive with more than 25 years of leadership across the pharmaceutical and diagnostics industries.
Most recently, she served as senior vice president and chief financial officer at Roche Diagnostics North America, where she led the company through expanded patient access to diagnostic testing, and sustained growth period through post-acquisition integration, workforce transformation, and the financial and operational demands of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Earlier in her Roche career, she served as Head of Group Business Planning, helping develop the firm’s 10-year investment strategy. She also held senior finance leadership roles with Roche in the United Kingdom, South Korea, and Switzerland.
Vitug serves on the board of the Indiana Biosciences Research Institute and its audit and finance committee. She is a co-founder and co-CEO of Unlocking Eve, a nonprofit foundation that promotes integrated leadership to unlock human potential in organizations and communities. Her work has been presented at the World Economic Forum and the United Nations General Assembly.
Vitug earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Ateneo de Manila University, Philippines. The Indianapolis Business Journal honored her as a 2022 Woman of Influence.
