Casey van der Stricht
Director of Impact Investing
Casey van der Stricht is the director of impact investing for Lumina Foundation, an independent, private foundation in Indianapolis committed to making learning opportunities beyond high school available to all. Based in Boston, she oversees Lumina’s program-related and mission-related investment portfolios.
Before joining Lumina, van der Stricht was the principal at MIT’s Solve Innovation Future fund. In that role, she managed a targeted, $30 million fund and led 18 investments in tech-enabled, mission-driven companies. Previously, she was vice president of social investments at Social Finance.
She attended Yale University and the Harvard Business School.
