Donna Carlyle

Donna Carlyle is an executive assistant for Lumina Foundation, an independent, private foundation in Indianapolis that is committed to making opportunities for learning beyond high school available to all. She provides administrative support to Lumina’s strategic engagement team.

Carlyle has years of experience in administrative support. She has worked at a number of Indianapolis-based organizations, including Sawyer Business Group, GPM Investments, Fifth Third Bank, and Optum. She supports both in-person and remote teams, introducing team members to new technology platforms and helping manage complex projects.
