Benefits Manager
Kim Williams is the benefits manager for Lumina Foundation, an independent, private foundation in Indianapolis that is committed to making opportunities for learning beyond high school available to all.
Williams manages Lumina’s employee benefits and retirement programs. She collaborates with employees, the payroll team, and external partners on benefits questions and transactions, open enrollment, plan administration, and the recurring work that keeps our programs running well. She also strengthens our processes to make benefits easier for staff to understand and navigate.
She joins us from Aspire Indiana Health, where she served as manager of compensation and benefits, supporting benefits and retirement programs for more than 800 employees. She brings deep experience with open enrollment, compliance, vendor relationships, and retirement plan administration.
