Matthew Wilson

Matthew Wilson is director of information technology for Lumina Foundation, an independent, private foundation in Indianapolis that is committed to making opportunities for learning beyond high school available to all.

Wilson has more than 20 years of IT experience across broad technology areas, including strategy, leadership, compliance, budgeting, licensing, networking, procurement, and end-user support.

Before joining Lumina, he was the director of information technology for CMS Corp., a federal construction contractor. In that role, he was responsible for IT strategy, mentoring, and leadership in an organization that provided technical support for more than 200 users on construction sites across the continental U.S., Hawaii, Guam, Japan, the Philippines, Puerto Rico, Spain, Portugal, Hungary, and Wake Island. Wilson also worked as a systems administrator, first for the Institute for Study Abroad-Butler University, and later with a large software development team in the insurance industry.

Wilson holds a bachelor’s degree in telecommunications from Indiana University.
