Micky Clymore

Micky Clymore is the human resources services and facilities manager at Lumina Foundation, an independent, private foundation in Indianapolis that is committed to making opportunities for learning beyond high school available to all.

Clymore serves a dual role at Lumina, overseeing administration of the foundation’s benefit programs and supporting talent acquisition. She manages all facility-related functions in the Indianapolis office, including oversight of daily operations, vendor and contract management, security and safety protocols and systems. She also serves as the facilities liaison with Lumina’s Washington, D.C. office.
