A recent report from the National Student Clearinghouse Research Center says that both undergraduate and graduate fall-term enrollment has declined by 1.4 percent to 19 million students. The drop represents a decrease of 1.59 million students, compared to 20.6 million in 2011 when enrollment peaked.
