Community college students need more and better access to high-quality, flexible support services, courses, and credentials to succeed, according to this report from New America Foundation. The study offers several policy recommendations, such as using information technology to support students through their degree paths, providing year-round federal financial aid, and allowing students to mix competency-based and seat-time courses.
