Community college enrollments continue to drop, but at a much slower rate, says a new report from the National Student Clearinghouse Research Center. Between spring 2015 and spring 2016, enrollment at two-year public institutions fell 2.8 percent, compared to the 4.8-percent decrease between spring 2014 and spring 2015, the report shows.
