Students who participated in dual enrollment programs were—on average—two-and-a-half times more likely to transfer to a four-year institution than students who did not, says this report from the American Council on Education. The analysis also reveals that students who completed Advanced Placement/International Baccalaureate courses saw higher upward transfer rates.
