The Higher Education Committee of 50, a group composed of college presidents, enrollment managers, admissions staff, financial aid and bursar leaders, members of governing boards, students, and other leaders from all postsecondary institutions, spent the last 18 months examining policy areas related to college access, affordability, accountability, and transparency to produce this report of 36 recommendations on how to best to help students succeed in their pursuit of a higher education.
