While there may be no one silver bullet to ensure student success for all working community college students, the combination of academic and non-academic supports can help them overcome the challenges of school work, limited time and finances. This report highlights how several institutions are helping their students persist and complete their degrees and credentials through specialized academic programs, flexible scheduling, and child-care services.
