Despite rising tuition costs, a four-year college degree has never been more valuable, says new data from the Pew Research Center. The report shows that an older millennial with a college degree is earning a median full-time salary of $45,500 a year—$17,500 more than the median salary of $28,000 for full-time workers with a high school diploma.
