More than half of college graduates say their institution’s career services offices were “unhelpful” or only “somewhat helpful,” according to the Gallup-Purdue Index 2016. The findings suggest it’s not enough for a college or university to simply offer career services; rather, it’s the quality of the interactions taking place that matter.
