Rachel Anderson

Vice President, Policy Analysis and Impact, Data Quality Campaign

As vice president, Rachel leads DQC’s work to understand and support the field’s progress and impact in using data in service of student learning through postsecondary and into the workforce. She guides the organization’s privacy efforts, research strategy, and collaborates with partners and policymakers to identify best practices and success stories.

Prior to joining DQC in 2013, Rachel worked as a research analyst in early childhood development at Child Trends, a nonprofit research organization. During her graduate studies, she worked for the Ounce of Prevention Fund (now Start Early) providing early education policy information and guidance to state advocates. Rachel earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from Emory University and a master’s in public policy from The University of Chicago’s Harris School of Public Policy Studies.
