This report analyzes student loan borrowing in academic year 2015-2016, comparing undergraduate veterans who received GI Bill educational benefits to those who did not. The study also looks at the cumulative student loan debt held by GI Bill and non-GI Bill student veterans who earned certificates, associates, and bachelor’s degrees during that year.
