Utah’s population is changing. If the state’s postsecondary educational institutions do not respond to these changes, tens of thousands of Utahns may miss out on educational advancement in the coming decades, according to this report. The study highlights various ways of promoting both student retention and completion of certificates and degrees for adult learners, first-generation students, and others.
