Student outcomes at community colleges vary widely across institutions and programs, leaving some policymakers to wonder if more pressure is needed to hold these institutions accountable for their students’ future labor market outcomes. To shed light on the issue, this report examines program-level data on earnings and student-loan repayment outcomes at more than 1,200 community colleges across the country.
