A working paper from the Community College Research Center examines a new direction in the performance funding movement—Performance Funding 2.0. The paper includes an analysis of Performance Funding 2.0 efforts in three states—Indiana, Ohio and Tennessee—and their progress to shift from a focus on enrollment to one of outcomes.
