One-third of college students transfer to a different institution at least once in their college career, says a new report from the Education Commission of the States. The report provides a national look at the number of states that have policies with one of the four metrics: transferable lower-division core, common course numbering, guaranteed transfer of an associate degree and reverse transfer.
