  • Director of Accounting and Controller

    Lumina Foundation is seeking an exceptional candidate to direct the accounting, financial analysis, tax return preparation, transactional investment accounting, and budget functions of the Foundation, to ensure that its assets are safeguarded and transactions are properly recorded to achieve the highest standards of integrity.
    Location: Indianapolis

  • Organizational Learning & Alignment Associate

    The Organizational Learning and Alignment (OLA) function is a cross-cutting unit responsible for facilitating the internal practices, processes, programming, learning, and relationships necessary to achieve Goal 2025. The Organizational Learning and Alignment (OLA) Associate will assist the Director of OLA in supporting this function.
    Location: Indianapolis

  • Human Resources Associate

    The Human Resources Associate is primarily responsible for human resource functions including benefits administration, compensation, recruitment support, records and retention management and policy and procedure compliance. Effectively and efficiently communicates information pertaining to human resource programs and policies to all Foundation staff.
    Location: Indianapolis

  • Administrative Assistant

    The Administrative Assistant provides general and specialized administrative support by prioritizing tasks, effectively planning time, anticipating needs, and operating with a sense of urgency. Acts as an internal and external communication liaison. Coordinates administrative support functions of the Washington DC office including facility and general services. Provide logistical support for Lumina’s convenings in the DC area. Support the Foundation’s work in the areas of federal policy and student financial support.
    Location: Washington, D.C.
