Position: Convenings and Events Intern (August 2022 – May 2023)
Department: Human Network Design
Reports to: Strategy Director, Partnerships
Location: Indianapolis, Indiana
Duration: 2022-2023 Academic Year, August 22, 2022 – May 5, 2023
Compensation: $16-$19 per hour for student enrolled in an undergraduate program
$18-$22 per hour for students enrolled in a graduate program or a recent graduate
Schedule: 15 hours weekly required, maximum of 20 hours weekly. Prefer candidates who are willing to work 3-4 days per week. Schedule can be negotiated with supervisor.
The candidate provides hospitality and event management, logistical support, and assistance for a select number of in-person and hybrid convenings. Work in this area is hands-on, demanding, and fast paced. The ability to work collaboratively across the organization and as a member of the Human Network Design team is vital for success in this position.
