Director of Human Resources and Facilities
Shelley Lloyd, CBP, leads the human resources and facilities team at Lumina Foundation, an independent, private foundation in Indianapolis that is committed to making opportunities for learning beyond high school available to all.
Lloyd’s expertise includes talent acquisition, staff development, compensation, performance, employee relations and benefits. She also oversees the management of Lumina’s physical facilities, business operations and capital improvements.
She has over 29 years of experience as an HR professional. Prior to joining Lumina in late 2000, she was the benefits manager for 13 years at USA Group Inc.
Lloyd earned her designation as a Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) through the WorldatWorkHuman Resources Association.
